(JUL 2024 #13 M1) This commemorative plate (10 1/4" diameter) has a line drawing of the front facade of the church building. The obverse has the following inscription: "EMMAUS LUTHERAN CHURCH | ST. LOUIS, MO. | 1902-1952". The reverse reads: "EMMAUS LUTHERAN CHURCH | Emmaus Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod was originally known as the Jefferson Avenue Mission which was founded in 1889.
