This a photo frame consisting of two 4” x 6” acrylic plates set into a black plastic support that has “outdoor systems ADVERTISING” printed in white on the front. There is a photo of an Outdoor Systems billboard featuring a sign notice announcing Classic 99’s selection as America’s Classical Music Station of the Year.
