Identifier: MAY 2013 #2 M121

Scope and Contents

This is a modulation monitor in a 12” x 14½” x 5½” deep wooden box and appears to have been home-made. The top of the box has a receptacle, a red light, an unknown device with a cream-colored face, two meters, one dial, four toggle switches, and typed and hand-written instructions. There is a fabric-covered cord with a two-prong plug and a fabric-covered cord with a small clamp.
