This is a wall-mounted crank telephone in a black metal box (5¾” x 9” x 5”) with a black metal crank on the right side and “Federal Telephone and Radio Corporation | MADE IN USA” embossed on the front. A newer label states: “KFUO | Supr. Pr. Ckt-407”. This has a black handset attached on the left side that sits across the top. This is possibly a studio phone used for internal communications.
