Concordia Historical Institute Individuals Photo Collection
This is an extensive collection of photos (8" x 10" and smaller) of individuals organized by last name. A portion of the photos have multiple people in them, but are filed by primary reference name. The majority of photos will be of LCMS rostered individuals.
Concordia Historical Institute Internal Collection
This collection contains minutes of the CHI Board of Governors Minutes, alongwith subcommittees. There are also binders of photos detailing past museum displays. Many of the records for the Lutheran Archivist's and Historian's Conference are also held here. There is a detailed collection of various research efforts undertaken by CHI over the years and the historical receiving records. There are many other boxes about various CHI activities and properties.

This collection holds a wide variety of slides in various forms. Many of the slides record the earlist records in various mission fields. The slides from the India mission field have been digitized. The slides from the Japan mission are in the process of being photographed and stored digitally (January 2023). A remaining are not itemzied as of 2023.
