This is a boxed set of "Day by Day With Jesus" devotions, put out by the Lutheran Hour for the year 1947. A cardboard wall backing is brown and green with a color picture of Jesus with sheep. The box is now separated and contains sheets of paper, each with a daily devotion written by Walter A. Maier. Size: 23 x 16 x 3.5 cm

The carry the following text on the body of the pencil: "Tune In - Write In | THE LUTHERAN HOUR | "Bringing Christ To The Nations" | DR. WALTHER A. MAIER, Speaker | Compliments of OTTO C. KUNTZE". Each pencil is accompanied by paper which reads: "A "PATRICIAN" PENCIL" adn includes directions to use and reload. These were produce by the Osborne Company (Clifton, New Jersey).
