The collection contains a letter to the English Synod of Missouri (1888) turning The Lutheran Witness over to the synod, a letter describing the early history of the publication and the sermon delivered at Frank's funeral in 1922 by William G. Polack. It also contains a letter from Franks's daughter recounting the beginnings of the Witness and a list of descendants of Frank.
