Biographical / Historical
Ferber was born 25 February 1861 at Soest, Marion Township, Allen County, Indiana. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, Springfield, Illinois, in 1889 and was ordained and installed at Rudolph, near Aberdeen, South Dakota, on 24 November 1889. He later served parishes at Belvidere and Goodhue, Minnesota, and Creighton, Missouri. He died on 7 February 1944.
