Biographical / Historical
Theodore DeLaney was born on 22 December 1919. He attended Concordia Seminary (Saint Louis) becoming Missionary at Large for the Barstow, California area from 1945 TO 1947. For the next twenty years he worked as Missionary to the Deaf. In 1967 he became the executive secretary for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Commission on Worship. He also served as a representative to the Inter-Lutheran Commission on Worship. DeLaney died on 20 January 1987.
