Biographical / Historical

John Daniel was born on 8 November 1912. He graduated from Concordia Seminary (Saint Louis, Missouri) in 1936. Form 1951 to 1961 he served as president of the Eastern District Pastoral Conference of the Slovak Evangelical Lutheran Church. From 1960 to 1968 he served as president of the Evangelical Lutheran Synodical Conference of North America. He died on 14 July 1982.
