Biographical / Historical
Rev. Frederick Eppling emigrated from Strasburg, attended Fort Wayne, graduated, served at least seven parishes in Michigan and Canada, then in 1870-1885, David Stern Congregation in Kirchhayn, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. Retired from Dundas congregation because of deafness. Moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin. Served Saint Paul, WELS for eight months as interim pastor. Died of infection in 1896.
