Biographical / Historical
Edward Engelbert was born on 7 March 1889 in Cullman, Alabama. From 1902 to 1908 he attended Concordia College, Fort Wayne, and he graduated from Concordia Seminary, Saint Louis, in 1911. He served Martini Lutheran Church in Baltimore from 1918 to 1954. From 1942 to 1945 he served as the second vice-president of the Southeast District. He died on 21 January 1973.
