Biographical / Historical
Dr. Theodore Brohm, son of Theodore Julius Brohm, was born on 10 April 1846 in New York City. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in Saint Louis in 1866. He did postgraduate work in New York University, and then was installed as pastor of Immanuel Congregation, East Boston. He taught at Northwestern College in Watertown, Wisconsin from 1869-1871, when he took a call to teach at Addison Teachers' Seminary. He retired from Addison in 1913, and taught at California Concordia College, where his son was President. He received a Ph.D from Concordia Seminary in 1921. Dr. Brohm died on 27 April 1926.
