Biographical / Historical
Roland Boehnke was born in Sidney, Nebraska on 18 November 1929. After attending Saint John College in Winfield, Kansas he entered Concordia Seminary in Saint Louis from where he graduated in 1954. He was ordained and installed as pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Holton, Kansas. He served parishes in Topeka, Kansas; Flushing, Michigan; and Mission, Kansas. He also served as Executive Secretary of Youth Ministry, Adult Education and Family Life for the Michigan District. He retired in February of 1995.
