The collection contains the documents relevant to the beginnings of the church, congregational articles of incorporation and by-laws, and minutes of the Board of Directors and congregational meetings. A scrapbook was taken apart and photocopied. The Practical Church Record Book contains:

Biographical / Historical
Christ the Victor was organized in 1968. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Sunday, December 8, 1968, with completion of the first unit expected in April 1969. The first worship service was held on Sunday June 1, 1969, and the dedication service was held on Sunday, October 19, 1969. The congregation closed in 1999.
