Biographical / Historical

Fred Kramer was born on 20 November 1902. He graduated from Concordia Seminary, Saint Louis in 1927 and served parishes in Shillersdorf, France (1927 to 1931); Clay Center, Kansas (1931 to 1936); and Ellinwood, Kansas (1936 to 1947). He taught at Saint John, Winfield, Kansas (1947 to 1951) and Concordia Seminary, Springfield (1951 to 1973). He died June 30, 1991.
