Scope and Contents
This collection consists of the slide library (with index) for the Picture-Window Pulpit which Rev. Jehn used during his time at The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection (Detroit, Michigan). There are also some photos, a slide index, and some pictures. Finally, there is a paper by Rev. Anton D. Jehn entitle Lutheran Worship 1910 to 1994.

Biographical / Historical
Rev. Anton Jehn was born in Howard, South Dakota. He was the third son of the Rev. and Mrs. Ernst G. Jehn. He graduated from Concordia Seminary (Saint Louis, Missouri) in 1935. He served various congregations until May 2, 1954 when he was installed on May 2, 1954 and served until his retirement where he innovated the "picture window pulpit."
