Biographical / Historical

Grace Lutheran Church held its first worship service April 27, 1958 at the Orangevale Grange Hall. From April to July 1958 Rev. Enno Klammer, a Mission Developer, helped to organize the congregation and served as pastor until Rev Robert Hullinger arrived. Other pastors who served include Rev. Walter Ave-Lallemont, Rev. Theodore Sieck*, Rev. James Berner*, Rev. Martin Paul, Rev. Edward Brott*, Rev. James Metcalf, Rev. Donald Kolb*, Rev. Joel Boesche, Rev. Orval Oswald*, Rev. Eugene Roeder*, and Deacon Amos Olson. The congregation closed 2005. * denotes interim or vancancy pastor.
