Biographical / Historical
William Stelling was born on 17 November 1899 in Jamestown, Missouri. He graduated from Concordia Seminary, Springfield in 1924 and served congregations in Kansas and Missouri. For the Kansas District he was a counselor, secretary, and member of the Board of Directors. For the Western District he was a counselor , first vice-president, and president. Stelling died on 6 May 1978.
