Biographical / Historical
Carl Seltz was born on 22 September 1872 in Waconia, Minnesota. He graduated from Concordia Seminary, Saint Louis in 1897. From then until his retirement in 1935, he served different congregations in Minnesota. He also served as the secretary for the Minnesota District, a circuit Visitor, on the Board of Electors for Concordia College, Saint Paul, and on intersynodical unity committees. He died on 3 January 1950.
