One scrapbook that contains mainly personal items such as photographs, wedding announcements, etc. It also has items regarding Our Redeemer and Trinity Churches, the Walther League, the Central District, and contemporary issues and events such as the war and communism.

Biographical / Historical
Julius Acker was born in 1903. He attended Concordia Seminary (Fort Wayne, Indiana), before serving as pastor for Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (Evansville) and Trinity Lutheran Church (Hammond). He also served on the Committee of Fraternal Organizations, was the chair of the Literature Board of Concordia Publishing House, and co-founded the Lutheran Home of Northwest Indiana. He died on November 25, 1979.
