Biographical / Historical
Karl H. Lepper was born on 8 October 1927 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After completing his studies at Concordia Junior College in Fort Wayne, Lepper attended Concordia Seminary in Saint Louis. He graduated from the Seminary in 1952, and was placed in a new mission congregation in Wichita, Kansas. After four years in Kansas, Lepper moved to Indiana, and served congregations in Warsaw, Mishawaka, and Columbus. He retired from the ministry in 1968.
