Biographical / Historical
Prof. A. Craemer began churchwork at Saint John in 1865. The church was organized in the same year and joined the LCMS in 1872. The parochial school was opened in 1868, The Ladies Society was started in 1896, the Young Peoples Society was started in 1909, and the Men's Club was started in 1933. The church building was located on Morganford Road, and the area was known as Minerstown.
