The collection contains the agendas and minutes of forum meetings, materials distributed at meetings and performance reports from the entities involved. It includes records of the Senior Leadership Forum.

Biographical / Historical
The forum was made up of the upper level executives of the departments of LCMS Inc. and of the other synodwide corporate entities. The first meeting of the forum took place in September 1998; it replaced the Council of Administrators (see Convention Proceedings, 1998). The group discontinued meeting in 2006, although department performance reports continued to be circulated to the members. In 2008 the Senior Leadership Forum was formed to replace the Administrator's Forum. It was discontinued in 2010.
