Biographical / Historical
Elmer Moeller was born on 9 April 1918 in Ainsworth, Nebraska and graduated from Concordia Seminary, Saint Louis in 1943. He served as pastor in Bismarck and Baldwin, North Dakota and Lamar and Castle Rock, Colorado. He taught at both Milwaukee and Springfield. From 1948 to 1950 he was the chair of the Press Committee of the North Dakota District. He died on 30 April 1987.
