Biographical / Historical
Rev. Karstensen was born 27 April 1898. He graduated from Concordia Seminary (Saint Louis) in 1922, and served parishes in Deerfield, Lincolnville, and Haven, Kansas. He was a circuit counselor, and chairman of the finance board of the Kansas District. He died on 4 October 1979.
