Biographical / Historical
G. C. Albert Kaeppel was born on 19 April 1862 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He taught in Wittenburg and Saint Louis, Missouri from 1881-1897, when he returned to his alma mater, Concordia Teachers College, Addison, Illinois to teach organ, piano, and music theory until his retirement in 1933. He died on 11 January 1934.
