Biographical / Historical
Since 1981 Carol Halter has been an evangelical missionary in Hong Kong. She teaches the female students at the Concordia Theological Seminary. She also helps out with the churches in the Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod and with the Hong Kong National Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
