This award (14" tall) was given to "Dr. Ralph A. Bohlmann For Distinguished Service (1981-1992). The Lutheran Church | Missouri Synod". It carries the circular seal (2 1/4" diameter) of the Missouri Synod on a wooden rectangle on the left, with a statuette of Jesus (11 1/2" tall) on the right, both mounted on a beveled base (16 1/2" x 5").
