This wooden (10" x 12") plaque has inlaid vertical and horizontal stripes meeting at a circular metal "Wheat" logo. The metal plate reads: "Presented to | Ralph A. Bohlmann | for outstanding service | as a member of the | Board of Directors | 1993-2001 | Lutherans seeding new ministries | of health and hope in the name | of the healing Christ."
