(71-7-ANO-361) This ribbon is about 7" x 1 7/8" wide, with "Frauen Verein der Ev. Luth. St. Paul's Gemeinde Hammond, Ind." stamped in gold on the blue side, and silver on the black side. Badge has a gold and silver fringe at the bottom. The nameplate is about 2 5/8" wide.
