Connected to this is a double ribbon, badly faded and brittle (broken also) which has printed on it: "GUEST 16TH ANNUAL CONVENTION NO. WISCONSIN UPPER MICHIGAN DISTRICT (Walther League seal), Clintonville, Wis. Aug. 3-4, 1935". Size: 10 1/2cm x 4cm
