(72-6-AFC-8120, 72-6-AFC-8121) This medal was worn with "dog tags" during World War 2. One side has a military Lutheran logo and the words, "Loyalty to Christ and Country", the other has "Army and Navy Commission, Lutheran Church-Missouri-Synod / In case of need notify Lutheran Chaplain." A hole for the chain is punched in the top.
