68-11-HHK-1141 An Address of Welcome presented to Herman H. Koppelmann (donor) in India by the Executive Committee, IELC Ambur District Synod. 14" x 9 3/8", the address of welcome consists of a piece of paper with a purple and red border and yellow center (on which the welcome is typed). According to the accompanying envelope: "Until you have received one of these in an India gathering, you haven't really arrived. This documene (sic) allows for the presentation of any cause - bragging on one's self a bit - a complaint - a request- anything."
