Evidence suggests that this vellum is an authentic Papal Indulgence of Pope Sixtus IV (Forma Confessionalis - Forma Absolutionis) dating from 1480-1482 (MCCCCLXXX or MCCCCLXXXii). There is printed and handwritten text. More detailed research is needed to establish more information.
