Correspondence concerning specific manuscripts is filed in the front of the respective manuscript's folder. Translated or transcribed manuscripts are filed under the translator or transcriber's name. There may be several translators for a certain manuscript and possibly several copies of each manuscript in the files. Also, note that those manuscripts that are filed by the translator's or transcriber's name, the original author's name is listed below the translator or transcriber's name, appearing on the label last name first. Additionally, please note that manuscripts with multiple authors are divided and numbered according to their bound presentation before division.
