Medal. Concordia Publishing House Anniversary, 1869 - 2019

This is a brass medallion (3" diameter) commemorating the 150th Anniversary of Concordia Publishing House. The obverse has a raised relief of the CPH anniversary logo on a field of rays emanating from the center point. The reverse has a relief of the original CPH logo on the left and the following words on the right: "With God's Word in hand, faith and love shall stand watch over our publishing house like an angel of God." Dr. C. F. W. Walther at the dedication of Concordia Publishing House. The medallion is held in a polished wooden box. (There are two copies of this medallion: MAR 2019 #21 M3 and MAR 2019 #21 M4.)
