This is an embroidered patch (3.6" diameter) with a black outer ring. The outmost circle has a red background and the words: International Lutheran Deaf Association. The inner circle is gold on a black background. There is a descending dove holding a banner in its beak that reads: Faith - Leadership - Fellowship - Service (AUG 2021 #5 M3).
