Commemorative Plate (5¾ inches diameter). The plate has an interlaced rim with gold edging. The center has a color image of the Normal School (Springfield, Illinois). The reverse states, Wheelock, Dresden. Made in Germany for Huntington and Balsley, Springfield, MO.
