Minutes, 1939 - 1989

The minutes series consists of bound volumes contain agendas, minutes and supplementary materials from February 1939 through December 1989. A second set of loose minutes in file folders has been compiled from various transfers of BHE minutes. The contents of the bound volumes and the folders are not necessarily identical. The agendas and minutes of the Standing Advisory Committee are interfiled chronologically with the BHE agendas and minutes; they are not included in the bound volumes. Duplicates of Board minutes have been discarded as additions were made from the LCMS Executive Office Records.
