Physical Description
Wood framed artwork: 19” x 16” x 1½” The image is of the Last Supper and is rendered on a lightweight cloth stretched across an inner wood backing and cushioned from underneath. On the reverse is a note that reads: The “Last Supper” by unnamed artist – Ghana, West Africa donated by the Ev. Lutheran Church of Ghana.” While this note leaves the artist unidentified, there is a name tag also attached to the reverse that reads: Osei Agyeman, Cantonments, Accra, Ghana. This would seem to be the artist as there is a stylized OA in the lower right of the artwork.
