Scope and Contents
This bamboo kitchen strainer has a 5.5" long handle and a bowl that is 5" wide. The strainer is used to separate the milk from the coconut shredded meat. This is commonly used in southern Luzon by people who are fond of cooking vegetables and rice cakes with coconut milk.
