This was marked for July 1988 accessioning. No identification was attached, and no related materials were found. It is a framed b/w portrait of C. F. W. Walther seated at a secretary with pen in hand.

NOTE: This picture was given to the donor in 1983 by another pastor whose congregation was discarding it. Rev. Harding had it matted and framed because it had been vandalized. in a frame, of C. F. W. Walther seated at a desk, holding a pen, with a brass plate at the bottom engraved, “C. F. W. Walther 1811-1877,”

Walther; The picture is entitled, "Zum Ehrengedachtnis des seligen Prof. CFW Walther". There are seven scenes (plus a portrait of Dr. Walther) under which appear the following captions; "Wohnhaus Vorderseite" "Studierzimmer" "Lehrsaal" "Der Katafalk in der Dreieinigkeitskirche" "Wohnhaus Ruckseite" "Sterbezimmer" "Der Katafalk in der Haupthalle des Seminars".
