Scope and Contents

(DEC 2022 #9 M1; DEC 2022 #9 M2) This is a matching pair of decorative brass candle holders (19 1/4" tall) with three legs. These were used on the altar of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (Elberfeld, Indiana).

Zion Lutheran Church was originally known as West Fairfield Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. It was located at R.F.D. 1, Corunna, northwest of Corunna.

(DEC 2022 #9 M5) This is a wooden crucifix (19 3/4" tall) on a tiered base. The horitzontal piece is 8 1/4" long. Each end of the cross piece and the top have a tri-lobed decoration. The figure of Jesus hangs from the cross with a sign afixed above which reads: "INRI". The base has four tiers beginning at 6 1/2" x 3 1/2". This was used on the altar of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (Eberfeld, Indiana).

(DEC 2022 #9 M6) This is an all-wooden hymn board (32 1/2" tall x 11 3/4" wide) which can hold six lines of text. It was used at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (Elberfeld, Indiana).
