This is an original artwork (19 1/4" x 25 1/4") of Rev. Hill seated by Freddie H. Larkin. Rev. Hill is possibly Rev. William O. Hill who served a parish in Yonkers, New York. There is an accompanying letter which offers some insight on the purpose for the artwork.
