Scope and Contents

This double layer slide case, with original labels "Titicaca - Indian boat" and "#1" is slide container 19 in the collection. Two index pages provide guidance on the slide contents. The page labeled "Top drawer" notes dates from 1961 to 1970 and locations include Panama, Guatemala, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Madrid, Geneva and Barcelona. The label "Titicaca Indian - boat" is inserted into a group of slides. On the bottom layer some segments are now empty. The index for this layer notes dates from 1949 to 1961 and refers to places in Central America with apparently associated names including H. A. Meyer, Ken Mahler, Bob Schrank and Kempff. A visit from Billy Graham in 1958 is featured. Other places mentioned include Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Guatemala, Ecuador and Peru. The event "Panama farewell Jun '61" is also included.
